Do not wait until your air-conditioners are not cold. Service regularly at least twice a year to prevent debris build-up and corrosion. Save more on your electricity bill when your air-conditioners are efficient.

This is how we do it:

Basic floor and furniture protection before start work

Clean casing, air filter and inner parts of indoor unit (FCU) i.e. drainage pan, cooling coil and blower

Cleaning of outdoor unit (Condenser)

Test safety controls

Check refrigerant levels

Monitor airflow

Tighten electrical connections

Basic checking of faulty parts
Chemical Cleaning
More thorough. More powerful cleaning.
Chemical Wash
A similar process to normal servicing, but with the use of a chemical cleaning agent. It may take longer as some air-con parts would require soaking to remove dirt and clogs.
No dismantling of indoor unit (FCU)
Top-up of refrigerant gas (if required)
Lubricate movable parts (if required)

Air-con Installation
While equipment warranty follows the manufacturer's coverage.
We warrant our workmanship for 1 year from date of installation.
Air-con Servicing
Good news if you have a servicing package with us as we care for your air-conditioners throughout the plan period. For ad-hoc (one-time) servicing, it would be 1 month from date of service.
Air-con Repair
For piping replacement, we warrant our workmanship for 3 months and for spare-part replacement, it would be 1 month from date of replacement.
