During the warranty period, we will, at our sole discretion, repair or replace any defective product or component at no charge, subject to the terms and conditions below.

Damage caused by incorrect electrical supply, power surges, lightning, fire, flood, or other external events.

Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, or routine maintenance.

Products that have been modified, repaired, or tampered with by unauthorized persons.

Before requesting warranty service, please ensure that:

The power supply is switched on and all electrical connections are secure.

The circuit breaker or fuse is functioning properly.

The wall switch or remote control (where applicable) is operating correctly.

This warranty applies only to products used for their intended purpose and installed in accordance with applicable regulations. It covers the repair or replacement of defective parts only and does not include labour for removal or reinstallation, transportation costs, or any indirect or consequential losses, unless required by applicable law.
